Please note that this example is a very basic rendition of a full Video Tribute.

Video Tribute’s will usually have up to 50 photos, and music in the background (most often a favourite song of the departed). The title page often depicts the full name, important dates, and possibly a favourite quote of the departed. The title page is also displayed at the end of the Video Tribute, for easy pausing of the video to keep a seamless display on your chosen method of presentation. These can be edited and personalised per request.

The process of sending photos via email can be time-consuming, restricting the quantity to a limited few per transmission and compromising image quality.

To facilitate the creation of a Video Tribute or Social Media Post collection, kindly consider utilising alternative methods for sharing photos.

For a more efficient and streamlined approach, I recommend leveraging external media-sharing platforms. Among the various options available, I find Google Drive to be exceptionally user-friendly.

While alternative platforms are acceptable, the accessibility and ease of use afforded by Google Drive significantly enhance the collaborative process.

Please find below some detailed instructions on how to upload files onto Google Drive. Your cooperation in adopting these more efficient methods is greatly appreciated, ensuring the timely and high-quality realisation of your personalised creations.

Uploading Photos to Google Drive:

Access Google Drive:

• Open your web browser and go to Google Drive.
  
• Log in to your Google account. If you don't have one, you'll need to create it.
  

Create a New Folder (Optional):

• Click on the "+ New" button on the left-hand side.
  
• Choose "Folder" to create a new folder. Name it appropriately, e.g., “Client Name”
  

Open the Folder (Optional):

• If you created a new folder, click on it to open it.
  

Upload Photos:

• Click on the "+ New" button again, but this time choose "File upload."
  
• Locate and select the photos you want to upload from your computer.
  
• Click "Open" to start the upload.
  

Monitor Upload Progress:

• You'll see a progress bar as the photos upload. Once completed, your photos will be visible in the folder.
  

Creating a Shareable Link:

Select Photos:

• Hold down the "Ctrl" key (Windows) or "Command" key (Mac) and click on each photo you want to include.
  

Right-Click (or Secondary Click):

• Right-click on any selected photo. A menu will appear.
  

Choose "Share":

• From the menu, select "Share."
  

Set Sharing Permissions:

• In the sharing dialogue, click on "Anyone with the link can view" to change permissions if needed.
  
• Choose "More" to customise permissions further.
  
• Change the permission from “Can View” to “Can Edit”. This way I will be able to download the photos directly from this shared folder.
  

Copy the Shareable Link:

• Once permissions are set, click on "Copy link" to copy the shareable link to your clipboard.
  

Emailing the Shareable Link:

Compose an Email:

• Open your email client and compose a new email.
  

Paste the Link:

• In the body of the email, right-click (or use Ctrl+V or Command+V) to paste the link.
  

Add Context:

• Provide any necessary context - for example: Your company name, who the video is for, when you need the video by, the preferred song to play behind the photos.
  

Send the Email:

• Send the email to the intended recipient.
  

Now, the recipient can click on the link to access and view the shared photos on Google Drive.

Time sensitive orders may incur an additional fee.

An additional fee of $50 will be added for any order that is required to be made urgently within 6 hours of an order request.
